Returns

We usually aim to have returns processed within 3-5 working days from when they have been received into our warehouse. During sale periods these times can be slightly longer than normal due to a higher volume of returns we receive back, but we will aim to give a new estimated turn around time.

We do not send notification once a parcel has arrived back at our warehouse, but once your parcel has been processed by our returns team you will receive an email to confirm this.

Please ensure you enclose a completed returns form with your order.

Ensure your return is well packaged, and meets all the conditions.

If you are not fully happy with your order, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund, exchange or credit note.

Your return parcel does not need to arrive back with us in that time, it simply needs to be posted back to us. If it arrives after the time we will still process this for you.

The goods must be in original resalable condition to be accepted by our returns department. For more information please refer to our returns Terms & Conditions here for further information on our policy.

For any refunds we advise allowing up to 3-5 working days for the funds to appear in your account. This is dependent on who you bank with.

If you have requested an exchange, a new order will be created for the exchanged item and a confirmation email with a new order number will be sent to you.

If we do not have your requested item in stock, an email will be sent to you and a refund will be automatically processed.

  • All returned items must be in original, resalable condition ( complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.)
  • Please make sure all returned items are well packaged and secured, so they are not damaged in transit on the way back to us.
  • Please make sure that the returns form is enclosed with your goods – no form may result in your return not being processed. If you have forgotten to include your returns form, please contact Customer Service.
  • We also accept the return of sale items, please just follow our normal returns procedure for these.
